This visualization project was commissioned by FOTOetcetera AS for a residential development in Nesodden, Norway. The task was to create complete 3D models of three new houses from scratch, including accompanying greenhouse structures, and integrate them seamlessly into the natural environment of the site.
We worked from drone photography, which provided accurate terrain data and the unique character of the location. Based on this material, we reconstructed the surroundings digitally and positioned the three houses with precision. Each design was carefully adapted to the sloping forested landscape, ensuring architectural coherence while maintaining distinct typologies — from minimalist cubic forms to Scandinavian-inspired timber elements and a terraced rooftop dwelling.
In addition to the exterior views, we highlighted the key selling point of the project — the unobstructed panoramic views of the Oslofjord — by producing interior perspectives from terraces and living rooms.
The final images were achieved through advanced 3D modeling, photomontage, and post-production techniques, resulting in realistic, atmospheric visualizations that communicate both the architectural qualities of the homes and the seasonal charm of a Norwegian summer.
